Client used his vast network and consulting opportunities to brand and position his skills, knowledge and experience to land the position with Geospatial Corporation. He is responsible for the start-up of the Denver operations, staffing, RFPs, sales, marketing, compensation, performance metrics, safety, policies and procedures, budgeting, cost control, contract negotiations and M&As. His development of an operational model to open up new markets and grow the company helped him secure the position. Annual base salary exceeds $200k with over 500,000 shares of company stock to be provided over a 3 year period.
