This recent client is an entrepreneur who owned Fox Hollow Coffee and Austin Chase Coffee for 9 years and was a Trainer/Presenter/Curriculum Writer prior to that time. He has experience in consulting and training including Leadership Development and Customer Service. He has written several books and is writing another. He is a perfect fit for this small consulting firm and will be providing training on soft skills to the sales and customer service managers of Microsoft. He is very excited about his new position. The interviewing process included all day interviewing with each employee from the receptionist to the CEO. It was most important he match the culture and philosophy of the company. They loved the fact he had worked with corporate clients, had two successful start ups, and was a great writer. They are very impressed with the fact he has written a book and that is currently writing his third book.
